A: Not at the moment. However, we plan to offer international delivery in the near future.

 

Q: What is the cost of delivery?

A: For purchased board games the standard delivery within the UK is £4.99.

A: For rentals, the delivery cost is included within the rental fee.

 

Q: How can I check the status of my order?

A: You’ll receive email updates throughout the process. You can also contact us via the Contact Us form on our website for updates.

 

Q: What should I do if I don’t receive my order?

A: If your order is delayed or possibly lost, please reach out to our support team so we can investigate and resolve it quickly.

🎲  Rental Terms & Game Use

 

Q: How long can I rent a board game for?

A: Our standard rental periods are 3, 7, 10, or 30 days, starting from the day you receive the game.

 

Q: Can I extend my rental period?

A: Yes! Just let us know in advance—extensions are subject to availability and additional fees.

 

Q: Do I own the board game once I rent it?

A: No. All games remain the property of BoardGameLegends. You’re renting them for temporary use only.

 

Q: Are games cleaned before shipping?

A: Absolutely. Every game is thoroughly inspected and cleaned before being sent out.

 

Q: How do I pay for a rental?

A: We accept payments via credit/debit card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

 

Q: Is there a security deposit?

A: Yes. A refundable deposit is required for each rental. The amount depends on the game.

 

Q: When will I get my deposit back?

A: Deposits are refunded within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned game.

 

Q: Can my deposit be reduced or withheld?

A: Yes—deductions may be made for damages, missing pieces, or late returns.

 

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

A: Cancel at least 48 hours before dispatch for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before dispatch may incur a £10 fee. Deposits are always fully refunded for cancelled orders.

 

Q: How do I return the game?

A: Use the provided return packaging and prepaid label. Simply post it back within 3 days of your rental period ending.

 

Q: What happens if I return a game late?

A: Late returns may incur a £5 daily fee, deducted from your deposit, up to the full replacement cost of the game.

 

Q: Who can rent games?

A: You must be 18 or older to create an account and place a booking.

 

Q: Are games for commercial use?

A: No. All rentals are for personal, non-commercial use only.

 

Q: What happens if a game is lost or stolen?

A: You’re responsible for the game during your rental. In cases of loss, theft, or irreversible damage, we may retain your deposit and charge you up to the full replacement cost.

 

Q: Can I copy or resell the games or contents?

A: No. Games and their contents cannot be copied, duplicated, or resold under any circumstances.
